Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment, excluding holidays.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared.
- You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for your tracking information to update.
- If shipping to address other than billing address provided during checkout, Photo I.D. verification will be required.
- If wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee of $7 due prior to reshipment and restocking fee.
- Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to shipping address. Please contact shipping carrier to make changes.
- We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an incorrect address that was provided upon checkout.
- If tracking information states “notice left” please contact shipping carrier to reschedule delivery.
